Discover Aberdeenshire's Castle Country

Duff House has a truly Rich History

Duff House is an impressive mansion house which dates back to the 18th century. More country house style than traditional castle, the corners of Duff House feature tower like designs and this distinctive looking building was designed by the famous Scottish architect William Adam in the 1730s and is considered by some to be Adam’s finest building.

Built for Lord Braco who later became the Earl of Fife, the setting of this house is as stunning as the building itself with a location close to the River Deveron and the Banff Bay coast. Surrounded by gardens and parklands with the beach just a short walk away, this house enjoys a sublime location.
